Step 5: Check it and invite your users

Who is needed: The Business Central administrator.

  1. Check the setup. Bifrost Setup opens without a setup notification at the top, and every caller has the permissions from step 2, with only the posting gates it needs.
  2. Connect yourself first. Go through For each user as the first user, and ask "Who am I in Business Central?". The call appears on Bifrost Messages, with you as the caller.
  3. Try something real. Try it out has prompts to start with, from a simple question to a change you preview first.
  4. Invite your users. Send each user:
    • which assistant your company uses, and the MCP server address from step 3;
    • the link to For each user, where they connect their assistant and ask their first question;
    • the Connection Prompt from Bifrost Setup (Environment section) for each company they work in. Users with only BIFROST API ori may not be able to open Bifrost Setup themselves;
    • Using Bifröst: what they can ask, what it will not do, and what to do when it says no.

Start small. Invite a few users first, with BIFROST API ori only, so the assistant can answer and prepare but not post. Look at Bifrost Messages after a week, then give posting gates to the few who should post through an assistant, and invite the rest.

That is the company's setup done. From here on, see Running Bifröst: for administrators.
