Invite Customer

The Invite Customer dialog, opened from Customer Management, invites a tenant to become a Customer of your Partner.

Field	Description
Customer tenant	The customer's Microsoft Entra tenant ID, or its 64-character tenant hash.
Friendly name	Optional. Your name for the customer, shown until it registers with its own Company Information.
Demo environment	Specifies that this Customer is a demo environment. Its usage is then reported as Demo, separately from regular customer usage. Inviting it again without this option removes the mark.

Choose OK and confirm. The customer sees the invitation after it chooses Sync on its Bifröst Setup page. When the customer accepts it, the customer moves to the Subscription license.
